Summer Music Camp is Near

The time is approaching fast for the 2009 AAHB Summer Music Camp. We have posted the Camp Registration form, the Medical Disclosure form and the Photo Release Form. These are the two forms you need for the summer camp. Just click on the picture of the form you want to print, then you can view a full size image of the form.
