Hello Again,
As you have already received an email from Karen about the fall concert on the 13th. Since last year was such a success, we are going to have the same type of reception.
Usually at the fall concert we have a dessert reception held directly after the concert. Then for the spring concert we have a ‘finger food’ reception.
Ok, what do I need? For you to please either email me or sign up this Friday, telling me what you plan to bring…..anything that can be eaten with your fingers…cookies, brownies, fruit, cupcakes, etc.
Water, coffee and hot coca will be provided. If you need ideas, let me know…I will be happy to help!
We are so looking forward to hearing the kids play…and ending the evening with something sweet to eat and sweet fellowship.

Fall Band Concert Information
Hello, Band Parents and Students!
November 13th is the fall concert.
Students are to be seated and ready to warm-up at 6:30pm in Bldg. D (our regular meeting place). The concert will begin promptly at 7pm.
Please invite as many family and friends as you can. Our students would love to display their talents in front of a large audience!
Advanced and Intermediate band students are to wear a white shirt and khaki pants or skirt.
Beginning band students are to wear Sunday clothes (no jeans, please).
Be sure students bring their instrument, music for the concert and any extra instrument supplies they may need.
We will be having a dessert reception following the concert to celebrate our students' accomplishments.
We look forward to performing for each of you!
Thank you for allowing us to share in your student's musical development. They are a joy to teach!
Musically,
Karen
